Questions
What happens to references TecDoc does not know?
They are reported with suggestions, so you can fix, replace or remove them. Nothing disappears silently.
How long does a large import take?
In the Shopify app, about 8.5 minutes per 1,000 products, in files of up to 2,000 items. Projects run larger batches server-side.
Do we keep our URLs when migrating?
Yes. We map old URLs to new ones and set redirects.
